Responsibilities

• Machine repair and troubleshooting to support production all time
• Cause analysis and countermeasure implementation at shop floor
• Perform preventive maintenance and TPM as plan
• Preventive maintenance improvement
• Support, develop, drive and improve activities for 5S, teamwork, CIP process, cost reduction, autonomous maintenance, and sustainable TPM.
• Support spare part team to ensure necessary spare parts are available for production line.
• Daily report and Breakdown analysis report and creating WI & OJT for Maintenance job.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years experience in Maintenance job of Automotive industry
• Basic in English
• Knowledge & skill in Preventive maintenance and TPM.
• Able to work under high pressure
