About this position

•วางแผนความต้องการใช้วัตถุดิบและบรรจุภัณฑ์ ตาม Demand (SF rolling) และ Master production plan (Monthly) ที่ได้รับจากฝ่ายขายcและฝ่ายผลิตในแต่ละเดือน
•จัดทำใบสั่งซื้อวัตถุดิบและบรรจุภัณฑ์ส่งให้แผนกจัดซื้อ และติดตามการส่งมอบวัตถุดิบและบรรจุภัณฑ์ของซับพลายเออร์ ร่วมกับแผนกจัดซื้อ
•ตรวจสอบจำนวนวัตถุดิบและบรรจุภัณฑ์คงเหลือ และจำนวนการใช้งาน เทียบกับแผนความต้องการที่มีเพื่อให้มีเพียงพอต่อความต้องการใช้และไม่มากเกินความสามารถในการจัดเก็บ
•ติดตามการผลิตสินค้า เพื่อให้สามารถตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของฝ่ายขายและการตลาด
•สรุปรายการสินค้าสำเร็จรูป วัตถุดิบ บรรจุภัณฑ์ที่เคลื่อนไหวช้า หรือที่จะยกเลิกผลิต หรือยกเลิกการใช้งาน ส่งให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาพิจารณา เพื่อแจ้งฝ่ายขายและการตลาด เพื่อดำเนินการต่อไป
•ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขาย ฝ่ายการตลาด เรื่องการเปลี่ยนแปลงรายละเอียดของสินค้า เช่นเรื่องบรรจุภัณฑ์ วัตถุดิบตัวใหม่ และอื่นๆ เพื่อนำมากำหนดเป็นแผนการสั่งซื้อ และจัดส่งเข้ามาสำหรับการผลิต
•ร่วมกำหนดปริมาณสต็อคขั้นต่ำ minimum stock กับฝ่าย LG เพื่อให้มีปริมาณเหมาะสมกับการใช้งาน
•จัดทำแผนการเรียกเข้าวัตถุดิบและบรรจุภัณฑ์ ประจำสัปดาห์ เพื่อสื่อสารให้กับหน่วยงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องรับทราบและเตรียมการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

Qualifications มีประสบการณ์ทางด้านวางแผนการผลิตและจัดซื้อ อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี มีความรู้ความสามารถ โปรแกรม Microsoft excel ระดับ advance ปริญญาตรี ด้าน การจัดการ, บริหารการผลิต, บัญชี , สถิติประยุกต์ หรือด้านวิทยาศาสตร์อื่นๆ เคยผ่านระบบ ERP จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ เคยผ่านงานบริษัทผลิตอาหาร จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
