About this position

The Buyer (Home/Softline) is responsible for analyzing data, setting up strategies for product development, and managing overall category performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze important data to support setting up policies, plans, directions, and market positions for overall buying and merchandising to manage up-to-date and align with market needs and target group.
• Set up strategies for products development and management, along with standards for product selection, pricing, gross sales, sale areas, product examination, and sales promotion, to develop product management following international standards, differentiate products from opponents, develop acceptable prices, and achieve the highest profitability.
• Manage overall assigned category performance – profitability, strategy, assortment & range, promotions, and stock availability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in merchandising or category management.
• Good English communication skills both spoken and written.
