Customer Service Manager – Supply Chain
About this position
The Customer Service Manager – Supply Chain is responsible for leading end-to-end supply chain activities, managing replenishment plans, implementing inventory systems, and analyzing sales data to improve KPIs and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end supply chain activities, focusing on demand, supply, and order fulfillment.
• Manage replenishment plan including in-market sale/replenishment to distributors.
• Implement vendor manage inventory system and create purchase order to customers.
• Analyze sales data in the Service Level section to prepare a presentation for executives and suggest root causes and solutions.
• Manage any supply chain projects that relate to customers and prepare an executives presentation to update progress.
• Work closely with sales team Especially Sales Modern Trade Channel to ensure that we meet customer requirements.
Requirements
• Bachelor or Master degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economic or any related.
• At least 3 years of experience in Demand & Supply Planning role.
• Functional expertise in the area of Demand & Supply Planning, including exposure to SAP is a plus.
• Strong in number and data analytical skills and continuous improvement mindset.
• Good in Excel and PowerPoint.
