Responsibilities
• Develop commercial plans that enable the sustainable and profitable growth of Coca-Cola's business in Thailand
• Understand the complexity of our channels, customers, bottlers, routes-to-market, in-store equipment, brand strategy, revenue growth strategy and put all of these together to develop strong commercial plans that can be executed in the market
• Influence key stakeholders in Sales, Marketing and Franchise Operations to ensure the Commercial agenda is delivered in the market
• Leverage a regional network (ASEAN, Australia and New Zealand) of commercial resources to support in the delivery of these plans
• Use fact-based, data-led insights to develop plans and influence stakeholders
• Be a leader within and beyond the team; acting as an agent of change, building a collaborative and inclusive environment that puts people first
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree+ preferred
• A proven track record of driving growth in commercial, sales, marketing or related roles in the CPG/FMCG industry
• Experience and a high level of comfort leveraging multiple data sources to build fact-based narratives to influence stakeholders
• Strategic thinking, creative problem solving and commercial acumen
• Analytical ability
