About this position

The position of PROCESS ENGINEERING (CNC programmer) involves reviewing drawings' specifications, analyzing parts for cutting and machining, preparing for welding, creating welding features, completing machining processes, and applying cutting detail and welding sequences.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings' specifications including Welding Symbol, Machining sign, Materials Classify, Heat Treatment Processes, Hydro Test, General note, and special Requirement. • Analyze parts for Cutting steel plates or profiles with extra material for Oxy-cutting, Bending, Rolling, and determining hole cutting or drilling needs. • Analyze parts for pre-machining before welding, extra material for Boring and machining according to STD 2.4.103 and Carpentry rule for Oxy-lane manuals. • Prepare chamfering for welding, cut holes, drilling after Oxy-cut, Bending Rolling, and forming. • Create welding features with Plug Weld, Fillet Weld, and Groove Weld. • Complete machining for the assembly, including Tapping, drilling, and Facing.

Requirements

• Knowledge of CNC machining process, Heat treatment, and Fabrication process. • Ability to work under high pressure with a good attitude, perseverance, and flexibility. • Vocational Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fields.
