About this position

The Category & Strategy Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive category growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category growth strategies.• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive category initiatives.• Lead negotiations with key stakeholders to drive category growth.• Present category strategies and initiatives to senior management.• Monitor and evaluate the performance of category initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business and Administration.• At least 3 years in Trade marketing field.• Strong skills in Planning, Marketing, Problem Solving, Opportunity Discovery, Negotiation, Presentation, Analytical, and Communication.
