About this position

Danone Specialized Nutrition (Thailand) is seeking for Customer Service Executive.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced knowledge and skills in Customer Service, Implant on MT.
• Handle and manage the flow of day-to-day operations on order processing, sale return, supply chain process on response MT account (mainly Tops & support CS Operation daily issues part as a lead).
• Provide analytical reports by using data from customers.
• Proactively to trigger and improve KPIs such as Service Level, Stock cover day and On Shelf Availability to ensure those KPIs are on track, giving business opportunities to grow net sales on Tops & CJ account.
• Handle and manage commercial, free of charge, sales return, and order processing, which includes customer inquiry and customer service to internal and external customers and to ensure that exemplary levels of customer satisfaction and service level are met.
• To Lead Supply Chain Performance Monthly Meeting with Key Account (Tops – Implant analysis).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IE, Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the area of Implant, Data analysis, Customer Services, Supply Chain or other related field.
• Excellent computer skills, some knowledge and experience in ordering systems, SAP & VMI will be a plus.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Service minded and customer-oriented, self-motivated, well-organized and able to work well under pressure.
