Halal Executive (Contract 1 Year)

Responsibilities

• Be the site’s contact point and leader for Halal management system (CICOT)
• Registration for new FG & RM / Amend license related to Halal CICOT including: Follow-up with X-functions on recipe, project documents – Attend meetings Preparing doc for submission (letter, document for registration, invitation) Submit doc & follow-up with provincial Halal Connect to messenger to deliver doc to CICOT Payment for registration fee (Provincial & CICOT) Maintain and Monitor Halal certifications (CICOT) Audit & Overview of Halal CICOT Compliance including: Set up yearly training with Provincial Halal Prepare documents & set up audit date with Provincial Halal & confirm payment Coordinate audit (yearly & monthly) Provide Halal cert FG for commercial Internal audit, Management review HAS manual, Risk assessment & HCP point
• Be the site’s contact point and co-leader for Halal management system (JAKIM) Registration for new FG & RM / Amend license related to Halal JAKIM including: Follow-up with X-functions on recipe, project documents – Attend meetings Preparing doc for submission (letter, document for registration, invitation) Submit doc & follow-up with provincial Halal / JAKIM Payment for registration fee (JAKIM) Submit document of recipe that has new ingredients Maintain and Monitor Halal certifications (JAKIM) Audit & Overview of Halal JAKIM Compliance including: Prepare RM Cert for JAKIM submission Set up yearly training with Provincial Halal Prepare documents & set up audit date & confirm payment Coordinate audit (every 2 years for JAKIM) Provide Halal cert FG for commercial Internal audit, Management review HAS manual, Risk assessment & HCP point
• Be the site’s Document Control Team Leader Lead and coordinate Document Management system in the factory Maintain Document Management procedure Improve Document management of Supply Point Ensure Document management knowledge and requirements are communicated to relevant functions
