Danone Specialized Nutrition (Thailand) is seeking for ISEA SN Hub - Product Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lab-scale prototype samples for testing and analysis.
• Support Line Manager in Plant Validation (Factory Trial Run) for both NPDs & improvement of existing products.
• Preparation of sensory Evaluation for in-house and assist in consumer testing.
• Conduct shelf life study of raw material and FG.
• Support Line Manager in co-ordinates the first commercial batches of new products.
• Lead simple projects, ie. 1 to 1 raw material evaluations, efficiency projects, and renovation projects as assigned by Line Manager from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering or other related fields.
• At least 2-3 years of work experience in R&D or related fields.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (word, excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge in product development, Sensory Evaluation techniques and Regulations, Dairy Ingredients, Food Ingredients and Nutrition.
