Key leadership appointment with the responsibility to manage an important commercial segment of the business in the Processed Foods industry in the APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Implement global and regional account strategy
• Deliver the growth plan for the Sector
• Grow market share of Diversey within the key accounts of the Sector
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through net promoter scorecard
• Lead and motivate the country sales team to reach and exceed customer expectations
• Identify customer need and deliver value through Diversey’s product/service portfolio

Requirements

• Should have a technical background
• Undergraduate degree or postgraduate degree in engineering; food/dairy technology; chemistry; science
• Good command over English language is mandatory
• Management qualification is desirable but not essential
• Industry background in hygiene, water treatment, specialty chemicals, or other B2B manufacturing/services industries is preferable
