About this position
The National Sales Manager is responsible for setting national retail targets, developing channel strategies, and ensuring sales targets are met through effective sales strategies and team management.
Responsibilities
• Formulate and set the national retail targets by brand, by channel, by retailer
• Monitor sales performance and adjust projected targets as necessary
• Develop Channel strategy by partnering with Brand team
• Provide updates to brand on retailer plans/achievement and competition
• Recommend store activities/new products/promotions suggestions
• Participate in presentations to retail partners on retail sales plans
Requirements
• Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
• At least 8 years of experience in sales management preferably in Retail or FMCG industry
• Experience in team management is mandatory
• Experience in cosmetic business and POS management are advantage
• Outstanding sales strategies with people management
