Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans and operating procedures for warehouse and logistics operations to support the needs of multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, products, and supplies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inventory management.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components to support manufacturing schedules.
• Manage transportation and logistics activities, including coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, negotiating contracts with carriers, and optimizing freight costs.
• Implement and maintain inventory control measures, including cycle counting, physical inventory audits, and accuracy verification.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management, with a focus on process improvement and cost reduction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and inventory control best practices.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
