About this position

The Area Production Supervisor (Assembly) is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling production within the responsible area to ensure achievement of all related targets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production meets quality specifications by establishing process specifications agreed with Quality standards and process control
• Maintain processes and systems are executed effectively and correctly, such as Kanban, flow management system, work instruction, CTQ, SPC
• Make sure safety systems and processes defined by the company are operated efficiently, such as Risk Assessment, Hazard Management, Safety and patrol audits
• Work as a team to ensure product/components/spare parts and new product introductions are on time
• Coach, train, and develop subordinate’s competencies
• Communicate with all concerned parties within the organization to provide and share production-related information

Requirements

• Significant experience in assembly or manufacturing, home appliance, automotive products
• 3-5 years of experience in similar roles and responsibilities
• Bachelor degree in Industrial, Engineering, or related field
• Strong production background on people and technical aspects of systems and processes
• Good command of English and computer literacy
