About this position

The Heating & Refrigeration Solutions Sales Manager will be responsible for managing project sales in Thailand, developing and maintaining relations with key customers, and collaborating with other divisions to support growth of service business.

Responsibilities

• Manage Project (HRS) Sales in Thailand, making sure OI, Salea and GM targets are met.
• Develop and maintain relations with key customers (end users) on the market.
• Participate in developing HRT country strategy for Thailand.
• Make sure the latest sales practices, methods, techniques and tools (e.g. CRM) are used.
• Make sure that state-of-the art solutions are offered to end users in Thailand, including continuous self-education and best practice sharing with colleagues from developed countries.
• Make sure that all USPs of GEA HRT products and solutions are integrated into offers and properly explained to customers during sales process.
• Collaborate with other divisions (FHT, LPT, SFT) in order to participate in green and brow field projects together at very early stages.
• Collaborate with BU CT and BU HRS in the HRT division in order to align with plans, share market information, competitive landscape , and also agree who and which organization from HRT will take care of this or that project (especially coordination within HRS, with International Business colleagues on larger or SEnS type of projects).
• Support growth of service business by close cooperation and sharing leads for SLAs, upgrades etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Engineering.
• Specific qualification in refrigeration or heat pumps is an advantage.
• Other development courses and programs are of advantage.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial refrigeration with experience in designing, costing and selling industrial refrigeration and heat pump solutions.
• Good understanding of industrial refrigeration market landscape (customers, competitors) in Thailand.
• Working experience in an international environment and dealing with international customers, suppliers, and contractors.
• Demonstrable and practical experience in selling customer-specific solutions in the food, beverage, and dairy industry.
• English (Intermediate or better).
