Responsibilities
• Manage Sales Team with full account and business management responsibility to protect and grow assets for designated accounts within the country, segment or category
• Develop ADPs to improve sales growth and profitability for the main accounts with greatest potential
• Develop partnerships with the main accounts, including relationships with senior level management
• Manage all pricing negotiations and activities within the country, segment, category, or specific geographic area
• Monitor market and sales (including measurements and budget) within the region, taking corrective actions to ensure sales goals are achieved
• Initiate and manage projects with multiple teams such as Flavour Creation & Application and Marketing
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Marketing, or Business Administration
• Minimum 8 years in the flavours or food ingredient industry in a Sales, Marketing or Business Development role including experience handling International and Local and Regional Customers
• Experience delivering profitable sales growth above industry levels and strategic account development
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple cultures, functions and levels within the organization to coordinate activities with assigned global customers
• Demonstrated leadership and a passion for building teams
