About this position

Service Engineer/ช่างซ่อมบำรุง position requires providing high level of customer service, handling machine service at customer site, and working upcountry with availability after office hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service, responding to customer needs and working to satisfy customer expectations. • Handle machine service at customer site (Installation, Training, Preventive Maintenance, Repair, Testing, Modification, Trouble shooting) • Provide service report and customer feedback to service manager • Able to work upcountry and availability to work after office hours

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related fields. • 2-5 years’ experience in service and maintenance field. • The ability to work in team, can work under pressure and handle stress. • Good command in English. • Experience in meat processing machinery is a plus
