About this position

The Engineering Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing SMT operations to Final Assembly operations at the supplier/ factory level.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with SC Operations and ODM suppliers
• Support the onboarding process for new or transitioning ODMs
• Supervise and coordinate all Operational Engineering responsibilities
• Review and develop manufacturing processes
• Provide technical support for ODM manufacturing and repair processes
• Conduct weekly quality reviews with ODM suppliers

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical or Computer Engineering
• Have at least 8 years of experience in SMT, Mechanical Assembly, Test, and Industrial Engineering
• Good knowledge of PC Product Engineering
• Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
• Excellent written and Spoken English and the local language
