About this position

The Oracle Retail POS Specialist will be responsible for participating in project implementations, coordinating activities with customers and teams, gathering and documenting requirements, designing solutions, and delivering trainings.

• Participate implementation of projects for Thailand
• Coordinate project activities with customer and HRS teams
• Business and functional requirements gathering and documentation
• Solution design and configuration
• Work with business and development teams to enable proper implementation of the requirements
• Delivery of trainings for business users and technical specialists

Requirements

• Understanding of stores and omnichannel business processes
• Experience in functional requirements design and documentation
• Retail software systems knowledge
• Experience with Confluence and Jira
• Fluency in English both written and spoken is a must
