Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and market share
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners in the hospitality industry
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales management within the hospitality industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
