Retail Supervisor (Automotive)
About this position
The Retail Manager at PT Tokohero Bali Nusa is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales. This position will report directly to the Store Manager and will be responsible for managing a team of retail associates. The Retail Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase store profitability.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
• Manage and motivate retail staff to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Develop and implement promotional campaigns to increase sales.
• Monitor stock levels and order new stock as required.
•Maintain retail shops/tire and oil workshops at all times.
• Monitor and control store expenses to ensure profitability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase store traffic.
Requirements
• Maximum age 40years old
• Proven experience as a Retail Manager or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of retail management processes
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
