About this position

The Organizational Development Manager is responsible for designing and implementing strategies to enhance the company's overall performance and efficiency. This role involves conducting organizational assessments, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing change management initiatives. The Organizational Development Manager will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement organizational development strategies and initiatives to support the company's growth and objectives.
• Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.
• Collaborate with department heads and senior leaders to identify talent gaps and develop succession plans.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
• Analyze employee feedback and survey data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity and development.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on organizational development matters.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in organizational development and recommend innovative approaches to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Organizational Development Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of organizational development theories, practices, and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
