About this position
The Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. They will be reporting to the Sales Manager and will collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. The Sales Specialist will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients, provide exceptional customer service, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
• Identifying and prospecting potential clients and generating leads.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Presenting and promoting company products and services to clients.
• Negotiating and closing sales deals to meet sales quotas.
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional materials.
• Monitoring sales performance and preparing sales reports for management.
• Staying updated with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems
