About this position

The Bidding Manager (Major Projects) will be responsible for project identification, bidding preparation, relationship building, contract negotiation, risk assessments, collaboration with various departments, market evaluation, performance analysis, and team management.

• Project Identicator align with the corporate's expertise, resources and goals
• Develop and implement bidding strategies to increase the chances of winning contracts
• Relationship building with external stakeholders such as owners, suppliers and others
• Participate in Contract negotiation with clients
• Conduct risk assessments for potential projects
• Update and analyze Market

Requirements

• At least Bachelor Degree in Civil engineering
• Extensive 5-10 years of experience in bidding or tender management of construction project (sizing more than 100 - 1,000 MB)
• A Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, labor, and the legal aspects of construction contracts
• Possess skills of Analytical thinking, problem- solving, Strategic Planning, Decision making and attention to detail
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
