About this position
The Business Development Director (EPC, M&E) will be responsible for formulating and implementing business development plans to meet revenue targets and expand market share within the EPC sector.
Responsibilities
• Formulate and implement comprehensive business development plans to meet revenue targets and augment market share within the EPC sector
• Scout and prioritize new project opportunities through detailed market research, sector analysis, and active engagement with potential clients
• Foster strategic partnerships and alliances to expand service offerings and project reach
• Lead contract negotiations and discussions with prospective clients, suppliers, and partners
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key industry players
• Keep abreast of the latest trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive dynamics within the EPC sector to inform strategic planning and decision-making
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field; MBA preferred
• 8+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales leadership roles, especially within the EPC industry
• Proven track record of fostering revenue growth and expanding market presence in the EPC sector
• Comprehensive knowledge of EPC industry market dynamics, client needs, and competitive landscape
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
