Business Development Manager position with Solar experience
Responsibilities
• Search potential EPC projects for bidding (Solar)
• Analyze potential and existing markets to identify business opportunities
• Regularly provide updates on the market competition analysis and knowledge to management to identify business opportunities/threats
• Do the reports and other actions as related to Sales functions
• Fill in the gaps that exist in dashboards and reports by performing analysis, yet take ownership of improving those tools to facilitate self-service
• Assist the relevant management in resourcing, budgeting, and problem-solving activities of the company
• Coordinate with the Technical support team and Business units in bidding
• Build and maintain a good relationship with target customers
• Closely follow up on markets to reach the first - hand new opportunities
• Build strong relationships with third parties including entertainment after working hours
• Supervise team members and develop the team to build more competitive advantage, related to business development to the company
• Lead team performance to achieve the target
Requirements
• At least Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Direct experience in Business Development from Construction (EPC) business (Solar), or related fields is a must
• Strong connection with customers, designers, and consultants will be an advantage
• Solid knowledge and practice in the business cycle, and sell strategy including leading people
• Good personality, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proactive, Strategic & Critical thinking, Resilience, and result oriented
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills is a must
Benefits
60,000 - 150,000 THB per month
