About this position

The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will be responsible for preparing management reports, providing decision support, managing ERP systems, leading process improvements, and ensuring data security.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive management reports for monthly/quarterly Executive Committee Meetings, highlighting key financial metrics, performance trends, and actionable insights.
• Design and initiate analysis reports to support management decision-making, including monitoring subsidiaries' performance and operations.
• Serve as the primary administrator for the MS NAV application, collaborating closely with the IT infrastructure team.
• Provide advice and support for process improvements related to MS NAV and other financial systems.
• Support the integration of functional reports generated by the Report Builder (JET reporting) into the overall reporting framework.
• Act as a champion for the Group's Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, CMA) is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems (specifically MS NAV).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
