HVAC Sales Manager
About this position
The HVAC Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets of HVAC products, VRF, and Chillers.
Responsibilities
• Set, develop and implement sales & marketing strategies of HVAC products
• Explore and maintain a relationship with customers, especially in private and public sectors
• Liaise with internal and external people such as suppliers
• Lead Sales & Technical support team and responsible for sales profit and target
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports and also presentations.
Requirements
• At least Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 6 - 10 years of experience in selling HVAC products, VRF, Chiller
• Strong knowledge and practice in products, selling, marketing and negotiation skill
• Proactive working style, assertive leadership, customer focus and critical thinking
• Familiar with English speaking environment
