About this position

The LCS Sales Manager (Aftermarket service) is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, handling customer inquiries, processing quotations and orders, coordinating parts delivery, and developing aftermarket service solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships• Handling customer inquiries spare parts, modification, upgrade and service agreement on Krones machines (Packaging machine)• Processing quotation and order in sales system• Coordination parts delivery and work closely with service teams• Responsible for sales planning, contract clarification• Develop, propose for aftermarket service solution sales

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering and/ or Business Marketing or enough experience for after service Sale• Minimum 3-5 years working experiences in related filed• Skills: Negotiation skills, Analytical and organizational skills, General project management skills, Intercultural awareness• Comprehensive understanding of the filling and packaging machinery• Willingness to travel across SEA
