About this position
- Co-ordinate with carrier/co-loader, customer, overseas office to move cargo as planned
- Review customer's requirement against company's terms of service.
- Co-ordinate with related department/division for smooth operation.
- Input shipment detail into UFS and related Program.
- Monitor vessel arrival as per pre-alert and submit data of manifest to carrier/co-loader correctly and within cut off time.
- Pick up D/O and release D/O to consignee/consignee's broker on timely manner.
- Follow up shipment proof of delivery (P.O.D.) and inform all concern parties if any irregularlities occurred.
- Contact carrier/Co-loader, overseas office when received claim notice/complaint from customer.
- Others the assignment by line manager.
Requirements
Qualifications Age in between 24-35 years Bachelor Degree or higher in BA Chemistry Logistics Business International Management or any related field. 1-3 years experienced in freight forwarding or Logistics business Able to work with multi tasks simultaneously and under pressure Strong interpersonal skill Good coordination Good Relation and Service Mind Good Command of reading and writing English High responsible and willing to learn Having Service Minded active, analytical thinking and Negotiation Character Willing to work long hours and After working hours and Proficient computer skills in MS Word Excel and PowerPoint
