About this position

The Junior Officer - Logistics is responsible for ensuring order entry accuracy, coordinating internal and external activities, and managing freight and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% order entry accuracy.
• Coordinate internal and external activities to meet customers' on time delivery expectations.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Update and execute order processing procedures.
• Handle freight and logistics.
• Monitor shipments.

Requirements

• College or University degree major in Business Administration, Supply chain or relevant.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer service or Production scheduling, Import – Export, Forwarder and Customs broker sourcing.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Able to work with Global team.
