About this position

The IT Manager will be responsible for leading ERP implementation, systems analysis, IT infrastructure management, team leadership, IT strategy, security and compliance, vendor management, IT projects, and business continuity and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation and deployment throughout the organization
• Conduct systems analysis to identify areas for improvement
• Oversee IT infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance
• Manage and mentor the IT team
• Develop and execute IT strategy
• Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures
• Work closely with ERP vendors and external partners
• Manage and coordinate IT projects
• Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience of at least 5-7 years in IT management role
• Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, systems administration, and security
• Hands-on experience in successful ERP implementations
• Knowledge of IT project management methodologies and tools
