Production Engineer

Responsibilities

• Cooperate, assist, and support with the production team to solve problems such as mal-function machinery breakdown, damage workpieces, and find solution to prevent from recurring.
• Make the production capacity of machineries by using the production amount to calculate the M/C Load of MPP for balance load, advance, purchase of new machines.
• Create a standard time for every process when there is a new part by using the time study methodology. This will apply to calculating M/C Loading and Manpower.
• Implement line balance by timing the actual operation and adjusting the process to be appropriate.
• Perform break-down machine problem analysis in conjunction with MT to resolve and prevent the problem from recurring.
• Conduct patrol inspections of machinery, and equipment, and check for abnormalities in the operation of machinery. Safety equipment to fix and improve protection.
