Distributor Executive
About this position
Grow volume and revenue to achieve AOP target by developing existing accounts/opening new accounts and develop frontline sales team.
Responsibilities
• Manage and drive Sales team performance to achieve sales KPIs with the identified gap closing
• Work with/coach Distributor's salesman to improve the capability
• Accomplish business objectives; develop routing with increasing new calls
• Drive in-field execution as per company guidelines and oversee market activities ensuring DRC’s compliance is on track
• Lead gate meetings to monitor sales performance and cascade clear communication and adherence to pricing and promotions and motivate the entire team to deliver excellent results in assigned routes
• Provide constructive feedback, look for market opportunities
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Be able to lead team and coaching Result oriented
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Be able to manage change Basic Computer skill i.e. MS office
