About this position

The Material Planning position involves preparing and providing material forecasts, managing material transitions, and collaborating with various teams for new product development.

Responsibilities

• Raw/pack materials planning for both LPN and RJN plant.
• Open PR/PO of raw/pack materials and submit to a supplier as per requirement and timeline.
• Work with Suppliers, Raw material warehouse, and Import-export team to ensure that materials are delivered on time.
• Work with Supply planner, QA and Procurement team for any supplier quality issues.
• Set up material master in SAP e.g. order lead time, MOQ, inventory target etc.
• Timely submit weekly and monthly inventory report including analysis.
• Work with Marketing, Sales, Procurement and Suppliers team for new product preparation and development both TH and export to ensure product launching on time.
• Work with cross-functional team on new productivity or improvement project related to raw and pack materials.
• Update monthly GCS procurement key control.
• Support on productivities projects from GP e.g. change new suppliers, change spec of materials etc. to implement as planned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Science and Technology, Business Administration or related fields.
• Experience in FMCG or similar business.
• SAP knowledge.
• 2-4 years in material planning or supply chain management.
• Good communication/interpersonal skills.
• Ability and flexibility to multitask and deal with different functions.
• Effectively manage suppliers in order to ensure on-time supply of materials.
• Fluency in English.
