Responsibilities

• Monitor, direct, approve, and execute Finance Accounting Administration functions
• Monitor, direct, approve, authorize, and execute logistic functions
• Monitor, direct, approve, authorize, and execute personnel functions
• Monitor, direct, approve, authorize, and execute indirect procurement at the branch to ensure all procurement processes are in line with the budget and procedures in the company
• Monitor, direct, monitor, analyze branch sales reports
• Monitor, direct, monitor work operations in the Branch office to ensure compliance with established SOPs

Requirements

• Maximum age of 35 years
• Minimum education of S1 in Accounting Economics
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Branch Office Manager (preferably handling consumer goods)
• Knowledge in Financial & Accounting Management, Logistic Management, Personnel Management
• Experience in budgeting
• Proficient in Ms. Office
• Must have SIM A
• Placement: Serpong
