The Marketing Staff is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the company's products or services. They will collaborate with the Marketing Manager to execute marketing campaigns, conduct market research, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities. This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager and plays a crucial role in supporting the overall marketing efforts of the company.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company products or services
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and print
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales materials and support their efforts
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
• Coordinate and attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and build relationships
• Write and edit marketing content, including blog posts, website copy, and promotional materials
• Manage the company's online presence, including website updates and social media accounts
• Track and report on key marketing metrics, such as website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines
