Senior Staff Customer Service
About this position
Senior Staff Customer Service position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Public Relations/Statistics/Industrial Engineering, with at least 1 year of experience in the same field, preferably in the logistics industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
• Serving customers who want to send or pick up packages or provide product complaints or other information.
• Reporting field constraints to clients and central customer service.
• Monitoring pick-up requests from customers and from SAP Selindo branches.
• Responding to all complaints, monitoring complaint tickets.
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Public Relations/Statistics/Industrial Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in the same field, preferably in the logistics industry.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel formulas, pivot tables, v-look up).
• Ability to work in a team.
• High service orientation.
• Good communication skills.
• Honest and responsible.
