Responsibilities

• Have the ability to plan and implement sales and marketing strategies in the area
• Oriented towards achieving targets, hardworking, dedicated and with high integrity, and has high loyalty.
• Have leadership skills to provide direction and motivation to the team.
• Can carry out precise market analysis, distribution, pricing and promotion plans.
• Have good communication, presentation, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
• Have innovative ideas in developing sales strategies and overcoming problems and obstacles in marketing. (problem solving).
• Willing to undertake routine business trips.

Requirements

• Maximum age 45 years
• Minimum education: S1 in any major
• Minimum 8 years experience in Retail/FMCG sales in a Managerial position (Preferably Automotive R2)
• Passive Mandarin
• Domicile in East Java surroundings
• Mastering computers and MS applications. Office well.
