Responsibilities
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement trade marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives, considering the unique dynamics of the convenience store and modern trade environment. • Merchandising Strategy: Design and execute impactful merchandising strategies to optimize product placement, pricing, and promotions aiming to enhance the customer shopping experience. • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring collaborative efforts in executing merchandising plans. • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities, providing insights for informed decision-making. • Promotional Activities: Plan and execute promotional activities, including in-store displays, signage, and promotional events, to drive product awareness and sales. • Data Analysis: Utilize sales data and other relevant metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of merchandising strategies and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Merchandiser in the convenience store or modern trade sectors. • Strong understanding of trade marketing principles and retail trends. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
