Head of Human Resources Strategic Planning
Responsibilities
• Oversees the functioning of the performance management, Learning and Development, Web/Mobile application development
• Develop and implement HR strategies
• Lends their expertise on workforce design, processes to assist in building a future-proof strategy
• Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement succession planning strategies that identify and develop internal talent for future leadership roles
• Provide strategic guidance to the executive team on HR matters
• Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly
• Utilize HR analytics and Reporting to provide insights and drive data-driven decision-making. Prepare regular reports on key HR metrics
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Political Sciences, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields
• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals
• Good leadership and people management skills
• Strong understanding of HR practices
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good in English with strong communication skills
