About this position

The Investment Specialist at SCX Corporation is responsible for setting up/closing JV project transactions, providing information/feasibility studies, coordinating with financial institutions/property agents, surveying real estate products, monitoring project development, evaluating projects, and participating in the M&A process with potential joint venture partners.

Responsibilities

• Set up / closing JV project transactions (Existing and New Projects)
• Provide information / prepare feasibility study/analysis and present to the management
• Contact and coordinate with financial institutions/property agents to find new opportunity investment
• Survey and handle feasibility studies of a variety of real estate products
• Monitor commercial aspects and handle project development
• Evaluate the project and recommend guidance to the management allied to operations
• Participating in the M&A process with potential joint venture partners

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Economics or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of working experience
• Experience in Investment Banking, Investment, Corporate Finance, Business
• Solid understanding of the Investment process
• Proactive, independent with strong communication skills
