About this position
The Talent Manager (Team Lead) is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and programs to support the organization's objectives.
Responsibilities
• Analyze and interpret HR data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks and make recommendations to Management.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of job analysis and job evaluation methods and processes.
• Identify requirements for Human Resources frameworks and tools for performance management, development, career and succession planning.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
• Stay up to date with the latest HR trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, organizational development, or related field.
• 5+ years of work experience in HR strategy and organization development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in change management, process improvement, talent management, and leadership development.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
