About this position

The Senior AR Settlement Officer/Accountant (AR) is responsible for recording transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, providing accurate information to customers and management, and supporting various functions.

Responsibilities

• Review all collection transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and verify overseas documents and transactions
• Communicate, encourage, and educate customers and sales team on modern payment channels
• Monitor and support CRM cases promptly
• Support all implementation projects among INSEE group
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an accountant in leading firms
• Prefer direct experience in Account Receivable using SAP
• Prefer experience of using SAP system
• Able to communicate in English, strong in problem solving and communication skills
