HR Business Partner - Thailand & Vietnam
About this position
HR Business Partner position based in Bangkok, Thailand, responsible for developing and executing strategic people agenda aligned with business strategies in Thailand and Vietnam.
Responsibilities
• Leading talent management processes to support business strategies
• Initiating and sustaining changes aligned to business objectives
• Translating business and HR agendas into relevant implementation initiatives
• Responsible for the execution of local, regional and global plans and policies
• Driving head count productivity, based on company and industry benchmarks
• Relationship management and negotiations with Unions/workers councils (if applicable)
Requirements
• 10+ years of generalist HR experience with demonstrated skills in a HR business partnering position, working with senior leaders in a global, matrix environment
• 5+ years’ experience in driving organizational transformations, workforce optimization and productivity
• Solid understanding of HR operating model, including COE, HR Shared Service
• High level of integrity and independent mind
• Bilingual in Thai and English at an executive level, both written and verbal is essential
