Product Marketing Manager for Conventional Products in the ASEAN region
Responsibilities
• Own the transformation from the current wide distribution structure to a future selected distribution structure for specific region
• Execute price setting and define price planning; including exceptions approvals
• Deploy and executes simplified product pricing waterfall (PPWF) per channel per country per 12NC, incl maintenance of pricing in Vistex & local SAP systems
• Define market phase-out plan and execute portfolio maintenance activities in required local SAP systems for specific region
• Own SIOP process and steer weekly/monthly SIOP process
• Develop QxP & financial plan including inventory management within specific region
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years experience as Product manager in Mechanical Electrical Industry
• Understanding of Market & Customer Requirements, preferably from Lighting or Electrical Industry
• Expert in New Product Introductions, Portfolio Management Selection, Pricing and Marketing including Digital Marketing
• Solid networking in Relevant Stakeholder Management such as with consultants, builders, regulator, end user/ owner in ME Ecosystems
• Positive behavior with Solution Oriented Problem Solving, Team Skills & Influencing
