About this position

As the PMO Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of our software development projects. You will lead a team of project managers and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role is pivotal in driving efficiency and excellence in project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership • Develop and execute the PMO strategy aligned with the company's software development goals. • Provide leadership and guidance to the project management team. • Drive continuous improvement in project management practices. • Project Portfolio Management • Oversee the entire software project portfolio. • Prioritize projects based on strategic objectives and available resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred). • PMP, PgMP, or other relevant Project Management Certifications. • Proven experience as a PMO Manager in the software industry. • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
