Net Revenue Management Director, Ice Cream Asia (General Trade Market)
About this position
The Net Revenue Management Director for Ice Cream Asia in the General Trade Segment will be responsible for creating growth strategies through portfolio optimization, pricing, and promotional spend excellence.
Responsibilities
• Conduct in-depth portfolio assessments to set brand objectives, identify price realization gaps, and ensure price-pack execution. • Optimize channel-customer/pack mix to accelerate profitable growth. • Evaluate consumer promotional strategies and recommend an optimal promotion strategy. • Evaluate customer trade term’s structure and propose improvements. • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer, and Finance teams to ensure strategy alignment. • Lead the NRM performance management cycling.
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in sales, marketing, finance, or revenue management. • Direct experience in revenue management roles. • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing teams. • In-depth understanding of the dynamics of the FMCG general trade market. • Strong financial analysis skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
