Responsibilities
• Business partnering on reward strategy and initiatives.
• Benefit Policy formulation, review, and implementation.
• Conducting market intelligence analysis through salary benchmarking.
• Advising HRBPs on job evaluation exercise.
• Completing reward management pay review cycle and reward differentiation.
• Leading and cascading Reward Communications sessions to the employees.
Requirements
• Relevant 7 – 9 years Total Rewards Experience.
• Highly organized with strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Comfortable and competent working with multiple tools.
• High degree of Problem Solving.
• High degree of change management skills.
