Responsibilities

• Planner to perform material planning for buy plan decision making to support business requirement. • Set Goals&Objectives for direct reports and measurement indices to assess performance. • Review monthly forecast and weekly demand changes to ensure material are planned and delivered to support business requirement. • Manage on wastage, exposure and obsolescence. • Coordinate with relate team to reimburse material supply in case of quality issue. • Generate monthly reports measure and track KPIs for the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or higher in any fields. • Experience in Semiconductor or Electronics Industry is a must. • Minimum of 3-7 years managerial experience in material management. • Supply chain system and dynamics. • Strong customer orientation adaptable to changing customer demands.
